Ice Skating is a super popular and iconic winter activity that many love to participate in, especially during the winter season. One of the most popular ice-skating arenas in Provo is located 15 minutes away from our office and is called Peaks Ice Arena. Peaks Ice Arena is a fun, family-friendly arena with public skate sessions and Monday Night Family Deals with special group prices. The public skate sessions cost $5 for adults, $4 for children and seniors, with a skate rental of $3. The Family Night Special is $25 of a family of 4-6 people or $40 for a family of 7-9 people which also includes skate rentals. Ice skating with the whole family is a great Monday night family night activity.

Ice Fishing

Ice Fishing is one of those winter activities that isn’t as common as most of the others. However, just because it isn’t common doesn’t mean you wouldn’t enjoy it. So what are you waiting for? Try it out! The closest Lake to us in Provo is Utah Lake which is about 29 miles away from our office. Just make sure to bundle up in warm clothes and waterproof boots before setting off. Utah Lake really is a great place for individuals and groups to ice fish. White Bass is the most common and typical type of fish you would be able to catch during the winter season. The division fo Wildlife Services offers ice updates and current info for Utah Lake at https://dwrapps.utah.gov/fishing/fStart
